Refund policy — Empire Command AR

Apple handles payments and refunds. Every purchase in Empire Command AR is made through the Apple App Store. To ask for a refund, use Apple's Report a Problem page. Apple decides refund requests under its own policies.
Subscriptions. Empire Pass and Empire Pass Lite renew monthly until you cancel in your App Store account settings. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next charge; you keep the benefits until the period ends.
Your legal rights are untouched. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country or region.
We'll help. If a purchase didn't deliver what it promised (missing Diamonds, a subscription that isn't active, No Ads Forever not applied), first try Restore Purchases in the game's store, then email [email protected] — making it right is our job even when the payment isn't in our hands.
